Il tipo di alimenti che consumi e quando li assumi possono influenzare la performance, il recupero, la qualit\u00e0 del sonno, il sistema immunitario e persino l&#8217;equilibrio ormonale.<\/p>\n<p>Questi aspetti variano da persona a persona, in base a fattori come genere, et\u00e0, stato ormonale, tipo di sport, intensit\u00e0 e frequenza degli allenamenti, preferenze alimentari e stile di vita.
